Silwi Autoehituse AS constructs special vehicles from Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Vito utility vehicles according to clients’ wishes – from ambulances to luxury buses. All reconstruction works conform to the strict regulations stated by the vehicle manufacturer and valid in the European Union. The vehicles have a guaranteed manufacturer’s warranty.

The Estonian company Silwi Autoehituse AS has nine years of experience and it uses Mercedes-Benz utility vehicles for producing small buses, school buses, city buses and specialty vehicles for ambulances, police and rescue services. The company also produces superstructures for lorries – vans, goods lorries and refrigerator lorries. 

Nearly 70% of the company’s production is exported. Mercedes-Benz utility vehicles reconstructed in Estonia are exported into Germany, Finland, Russia, Ukraine, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden. The advantages of Silwi Autoehituse AS when compared to similar companies in the neighbouring countries are a great price-to-quality ratio and the flexibility of the company.

For example, Finnish ambulance services and several hospitals have ordered their ambulance vehicles from Silwi Autoehituse AS. 

There are tens of VIP buses on Russian roads. In Estonia, the ambulance services, the police, the rescue services, the defence forces, airports, taxi companies and energy production enterprises are using the production of Silwi Autoehituse AS.

Up to now, the company has used mainly Mercedes-Benz products as base vehicles, but if the client wishes otherwise, we can also use other well-known car makes. The client selects the base model and we will build the necessary vehicle.

In year 2004, the ISO 9001:2000 quality management certificate was issued for Silwi Autoehituse AS.
